Sorry about the late post. I've been in bed with the flu.
Not a great episode, but Danielle rescuing Jin was a nice touch. This show is really going to mess with us.
I guess we're going to officially lose Silas (Monsteratomic) after this episode since Jin is still alive :)
I pretty much thought Ben was responsible for the lawyers at Kate's door. I think I like that better than Sun being responsible. I guess Sun isn't going to go completely dark and turn on her friends, but it sure looks like she's going to try to kill Ben. I wonder if the writers would do that. Probably not. Ben will somehow know that Jin is alive and prove it to Sun... or at least put doubt in her mind. Now how are they going to get Hurley, Kate and Sun on that boat? They need to handle that right.
So it looks like Charlotte was born on the island, and so was Miles (they got nose bleeds because they've been on the island the longest). That fits with my theory about Marvin Candle being the father. Who else has had nosebleeds? That guy on the boat had one. Maybe he was a former "other". Didn't one of the "Losties" have a nosebleed too (can we come up with a better name than Losties, by the way).
Who was chasing Locke's group in the canoes (katamarans?)?
I had high hopes when I saw BKV co-wrote this episode, but I'm sick of Jack and Kate's misadventures in the real world. I won't beat that dead horse again, though...
Hey, if Jacob ends up being Jack, maybe the "Adam & Eve" skeletons are Kate & Sawyer. Why would those two ever leave the island?
Is there any chance Miles is Jin/Sun's son? Do we even know the sex/name of their baby?
So Danielle doesn't remember meeting Jin 18 (or whatever) years later when she meets him again? I'd think the guy you found floating in the ocean might stand out, but I guess not...
Does Faraday know for sure that Miles/Charlotte were on the island before, or just is he making an educated guess?
If we think Faraday's mom is the old lady who is working with Ben, and she was also the other who went with Faraday to see the H bomb, and we know Whidmore was on the island at that time...do we think Faraday's mom left the island WITH Whidmore? Does that open the door for Faraday to be Whidmore's son (and Penny's brother)?
Trying to analyze this circular timeline is making me sleepy...
Sun's daughter is names like Ji Yeung or something like that. It's not Miles. I think he's more likely to be Candle's son.
It will be hard convincing me Sun would board the boat without her daughter, even for a chance to see Jin. Plus I think it would be more logical of her to be like Ben is a liar, I'm taking Aaron and if you ever want to see him again, Jack and Kate, you guys have to rescue Jin from the Island.
I hate how they have disrupted the timeline. Danielle not mentioning she's met Jin before is bullshit. The only thing that would make me happy is if this is changing the timeline we knew.
The girl pointing the gun at Farraday could also be Penny's mom and we just haven't met her yet, but I guess that wouldn't explain why Farraday recognized her.
