NBC "bulks up" with 30 combined episodes of "Heroes" and "Heroes: Origins," an innovative new spin-off that each week will introduce a new character -- one of whom will be chosen by viewers through the "Heroes" website on NBC.com to become a cast regular the following season.

Awesome idea. This could be a whole other show that just shows other "heroes" not involved in the main storyline. They have to avoid the trap of having a new person discovering their powers for the first time each week though... that will get old quickly. Maybe they can show some of the "heroes" from previous generations... like Linderman's age.
Sounds awesome. It can definitely be a clever storyline where each of these characters have single stories with a weaving coincidental meetings with other heroes and villians ala lost flashbacks and heroes itself.
I love this vote thing too. Give the computer lady who IMs with her mind an episode.
